Remaining balance paid in 3 weekly payments of $129.17. Weekly payments are due every Monday; the first installment is due during the first week of class.

Enrollment Minimum Requirements

If You Graduated From High School

Must be 16 1/2 years or older at the time of enrollment
High school transcript must be received prior to the first day of class. Transcript only We do not accept diplomas
Driver’s license or appropriate government-issued identification, such as a state ID, military ID, or U.S. passport
Social Security card (non-laminated)
Be able to read, write, and speak English

If You Do Not Have a High School or GED Transcript

Must be 16 1/2 years or older at the time of enrollment
Must take the Wonderlic Basic Skills Test (WBST) — $40 fee
Minimum verbal score of 200 and minimum quantitative score of 210
Driver’s license or appropriate government-issued identification, such as a state ID, military ID, or U.S. passport
Social Security card (non-laminated)
Be able to read, write, and speak English

Additional Requirements for All Students

Tuition must be paid or payment arrangements made by this point.

Completed application and enrollment form.
Criminal background check (completed at orientation).
Current TB test or chest x-ray within the last 12 months showing no active TB or communicable disease. TB testing is available at orientation for an additional cost payable to the onsite vendor.
Drug screen (completed at orientation).
Current CPR certification. A class is scheduled onsite with our sister company, GMTI.
